How we clean your windows?

We clean windows on a monthly basis ensuring your property always looks clean and fresh. Having windows cleaned regular is essential part of maintaining your property. It protects your windows, frames, and doors from a build-up of dirt and contaminants that will cause deterioration or damage if left for a prolonged time. With over 15 years’ experience we have all the correct equipment ready for cleaning your windows. For most external cleans we use a water fed pole system. The system produces deionised water. This method has now become the new traditional method for cleaning windows. It not only gives an excellent clean without using chemicals, but it also allows us to access areas that would otherwise be unreachable. Such as windows above conservatories, skylight windows and third floor windows. It also increases your privacy. No more ladders appearing at your second-floor window. It also is a far safer method as it takes the risk away of a worker falling from a height. Many window cleaners over the years have been injured or even killed falling from height. For internal cleans we use bucket applicators and squeegee or what people remember as the more traditional methods for cleaning windows. We are all trained have experience using all methods for window cleaning meaning we are well equipped for any job.
Deionised water does not have any minerals in it. When cleaning your windows, the deionised water naturally wants to pull all the minerals dirt back into the water. When agitating the windows and frames with a brush it breaks up the dirt. The with a thorough rinse you ensure that all dirt is removed from the area leaving only pure water to dry in crystal clear.
We test our water on a regular basis and ensure the deionised vessels are changed when the reason is spent. This ensure that the system is always working perfectly.

What is pure water how does it work?

Pure water is made using a filtration system. Tap water goes through a di vessel making the water deionised. The reason window cleaners use deionised water is that it dries in with a clear finish. Normal tap water contains minerals such as calcium and magnesium amongst others, fine for drinking but when it comes to cleaning windows it can cause water marks or spotting.
